The Red Eagles continued their strong start to the Egyptian League season with a 1-0 win over Aswan on Sunday night at Al Ahly Stadium.

Shady Hussein continued his excellent form and won the penalty after being tackled by Aswan goalkeeper and Maaloul was there to convert it to give Al Ahly the lead after 17 minutes.
